Lower Pulley Farm was a dairy farm in the 1960's and 1970's and then became arable with tenant farmers and is now a residential property with the farmyard space and buildings being diversified to offer a huge storage facility. The proprietor of Lower Pulley Storage is a local man who grew up helping to milk that dairy herd and now runs two family businesses in the village of Bayston Hill.
